Why, why, why do all of the people featured on Property Virgins and House Hunters International have zero knowledge about ANYTHING re: their future purchase / area in which they are looking to buy?
Don’t they have Google? Or common sense? Or anxiety about totally depleting their savings account? Do some research, yo! Or stop acting so dumb.

My favorite is when the realtor uses their bank approved $300,000 mortgage as a starting point. Just because the bank will loan you that much doesn’t mean you can handle it. People are dumb.
